Ezra Trusts and any associated gifts are provided at the discretion of the Founder. While trust principal is protected within its structure, no returns, interest, or payments are guaranteed. Any earnings or distributions that may occur are dependent on market conditions and management decisions.

The Founder retains the sole right to alter, modify, pause, or withdraw trust shares or benefits at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to administrative, legal, or financial considerations.

Beneficiaries do not contribute capital and have no ownership rights over the principal within the trust.
